This cassette recording was donated to the Binneas Collection by Mícheál Ó Leidhin, Ballinskelligs in the early years of the Binneas Collection. The tracks below have been recently edited and digitally enhanced by Creation Studio, Teeromoyle under the support of the Heritage Council. There are many cassette tapes in the Binneas Collection that have captured similar evenings of song and music and they are of tremendous importance. The singers on the tracks are being accurately identified by the kind help of Mícheál Ó Leidhin and other members of the Ballinskelligs Community and will be added to the tracks in due course.
